Service Description

The price for installation of a standard residential seismic gas shut off valve (SGSV) is $489.97 plus tax. This includes a seismic gas shut off valve installed downstream of your gas meter, piping, necessary bracing, paint, pilot re-lights and a 30 year warranty. Standard Installation includes most homes with gas pipe size ranging from ¾” – 1 ¼”. Vertical valve installations are necessary in some instances and are not considered standard installation.
