Service Description

The price for installation of a standard residential seismic gas shut off valve (SGSV) is $489.97 plus applicable sales tax. This price includes a seismic gas shut off valve installed downstream of your gas meter, piping, any necessary bracing, paint, pilot re-lights and a 30 year warranty. Standard Installation includes most homes with gas pipe size ranging from ¾” – 1”. Larger valves > or = to 1 1/4" and vertical valve installations require a more costly valve and are not considered standard, so please call or send a picture of the meter and pipe and we can accurately quote the installation.
